MEDSEK and Health Boat Foundation are dedicated to safeguarding health data and personal identifying information with industry-standard cryptographic protections and compliance standards (HIPAA, DISHA, Indian DPDP Act).

2. Collection of Information

We only collect personal information required to deliver healthcare portal services, verify partner and student credentials, or review innovation submissions. Health telemetry collected from IoT kiosks is anonymized and aggregated unless explicit patient consent is provided.

Role-based access control (RBAC) ensures only authorized medical, administrative, and engineering staff access systems based on legitimate need.
