Authentication & Standard Headers

Public queries (Health, Ecosystem Overview, Academy Course Catalog, Certificate Authenticity) do not require tokens. Partner endpoints (Clinical Triage, Remote Submissions, Webhook Subscriptions, and Single Sign-On) require an authorized Bearer Token or API Key.

GET /api/v1/health

Public • Liveness & Latency

Returns real-time system heartbeat, database latency in milliseconds, server memory footprint, and disk storage headroom.

Public • Core Registry

Returns comprehensive directory of all four MEDSEK wings: Innovation Lab, AI Intelligence Lab, Academy LMS, and Partner Ecosystem with live count statistics.

GET /api/v1/academy/courses

Public • Curriculum Catalog

Query published courses. Supports query parameters ?track=abdm_interoperability, ?level=advanced, and pagination ?per_page=10.

GET /api/v1/academy/certificates/{serial}

Public • Cryptographic Audit

Verifies whether a digital credential serial number is authentic and returns recipient scholar name, grade, score, and SHA-256 verification hash.

POST /api/v1/innovation/submit

Partner / Developer • Triggers Webhook

Submits an innovation concept into the pipeline. Asynchronously emits a signed innovation.submitted event to all subscribed webhooks.

POST /api/v1/ai/triage

Clinical AI • Safety Guardrails

Evaluates chief complaints and vitals against clinical emergency criteria (hypoxia SpO2 < 90%, shock BP < 90, hypertensive crisis, chest pain, FAST stroke symptoms). Returns triage tier (1–4) and dispatches alert webhook upon Tier 1 triggers.
